Observed when the sun crosses the equator, the fall equinox usually occurs on September 21st or 22nd. Also called Mabon, this is the second harvest in the wheel of the year, as it follows August’s firsts harvests. 2 ounces of Hawthorn berry, ashwagandha, hawthorn leaf, cassia chips, linden flower, raspberry leaf, and osha root blended in partnership with Benevolent Blends. Pour 1-2 cups boiling water over 1 teaspoon of tea depending on your preferred strength. Cover and let steep for 3-5 minutes before straining. Sweeten to your personal preference.
